A grocery store whore, that is.
Today, as I was quickly bagging my own groceries (yeah, I bag my own . . . I have a method to how I like things grouped . . . no, it's not about my control freak tendencies.) and I looked at my cart and suddenly it dawned on me . . . I have re-usable grocery bags from many many stores.
This is nearly as bad as having a varied boxer shorts collection . . . if you catch my drift.
Anyway, I have bags from Harris Teeter, Lowes, Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and some store in San Francisco. And, I have several other bags I've added into the collection that didn't come from stores but seemed perfect for the cause.
But, at least I have and use the re-usable bags. Now that we are nearly 11 months into the year, I think I'm going to declare "I will use re-usable grocery bags" as my new year's resolution for 2008.
