My life with the Phenom has been a prolonged effort at torture . . . . sweet torture, but torture none the less. There have been imaginary critters. There have been scams. There have been non-scams when I acted as if there were a scam. There has even been the occasional resorting to physical humor.
I've hit upon a new way to torment the Phenom. I like to throw in occasional mentions of my plan to retire . . . sometimes sooner that the Phenom really thinks is reasonable. The reason this is so delightful a torture is that my first mention of the notion of retiring brought out the fact that the Phenom has been considering me THE RETIREMENT INCOME PLAN. HA! As If!
Well timed with this game was a visit this week from our retirement benefits guy at the office. He gave me a projected retirement date of 2020. Which of course means I'll still have many many years in which I can chase the Phenom around with a squirt bottle. heh heh.
