Dreamin'

I was going to post (Actually, I think it would have been a re-post) my margarita recipe - in that I will be attending a margarita party later this week and have sent the host my recipe so that she can make mine for me. (everyone is suppose to bring their own recipe - but it is a sufficiently far enough drive that the frozen would go out of them if I brought them pre-made.)

But, something in one of the Chick's blogs (her myspace one) made me think of something else to blather on about entirely.

Dreams. The Phenom claims to not dream. Or to not remember dreams if they be had.

I have extremely vivid dreams. I dream in color. I dream conversations. I even dream emotions. Most often, my emotion I dream is frustration - a mixture of being mad and helpless.

The Phenom insists that this vivid dreaming isn't normal. Perhaps this is a monkey thing? Or a monkey trying to fit into a world not meant for monkeys thing? Or maybe the Phenom is the not normal one?

I have a friend who said she simply stopped dreaming at one point in time. It was a really stressful time in her life and went on for a while. Maybe this is linked to the vividness of the dreams as well. I would hate it if I stopped dreaming.....even as stupid as mine can be.

Last night I dreamt about characters on "Kate and Allie". Totally not kidding.
