You know you live in a very small town, rural place when the main cable line for the ENTIRE county runs through some farmer's field - and he can blow out every one's cable by accidentally running over said line with his tractor. Twice in the same week.
Or, when half the county can lose electric service when a single can fall on a specific power line.
sigh.
