As many of you have noticed, I've been participating in a little online community project called Wordless Wednesday. It really has caused me to stretch myself to not post any words once a week. But, I think it's caused me to think in a different direction and that can only be good.
I feel as if I need to explain this week's wordless photo.
Several months ago, in a fit of ego, attempted to clone myself. I was constrained by my disdain for science and lack of funds. I contacted, through a few unknown persons, a human who told me he could help me. I supplied the initial DNA - and about three weeks later, in an alley in a major research area of the world, I purchased back my clone seed.
I put the seed in the supplied growth formula - and voila! This week's wednesday photo is what resulted. It never walked, or talked, or ate or even moved on it's own. In all, it was an utter failure. I named the clone hank anyway - and still have his little body -- I've not decided yet if I'm going to try it again.
The notion of cloning still fascinates me. Maybe I need to find better scientists? Or, maybe just start experimenting on my own?
