I got email from my Grad Student today. Apparently, he is now "retired" from the lab and competes in something called "triathalons." Apparently, in your human quest to make everything from falling on Ice to poker a sport, you now force your old people to run, swim, and bike across country in competition with each other. What will you humans think up next.
The torture aspects aside, apparently chasing down monkeys in the lab was good training - it appears that the Grad Student has earned himself some sort of award related to his ability to run, swim, and bike. Yep, folks - THAT'S MY GRAD STUDENT. And, yep, the monkey he chased around as training was me. sniff, I'm so proud.
