Okay, I've already extolled the cuteness of The Child. I have another story.
Over the holiday she invented a game called "package" that she played for several hours with The Phenom. Here's the game: She makes a doorbell sound and announces that she has a package to deliver -- and before The Phenom can get to the "door" she gleefully throws the package to the ground and runs off saying "thank you" or "you're welcome."
I have to wonder how often she's seen this sort of activity in order to incorporate it into her games. We found it tremendously funny, having had a range of experiences with those who deliver packages for a profession.
