I think we may have just shed ourselves of winter. YAY. I'd set aside this weekend for more garden planting, but last night I couldn't wait any longer. (I totally justified it by thinking that since today and tomorrow are suppose to be in the 80s, it would give the little dears a couple of extra nice days to sprout.)
Last night, cucumbers, two types of radishes, sugar snaps and snow peas went into the ground. I'll hold off just a bit for squash. And, I'm counting the days until I can start looking around for tomato plants. Oh, zinnas also went in the ground. I'm hoping the blend of flowers and veg will make for a bountiful garden.
Oh, it looks like I'm starting to get some spinach coming up. Woot! Now, I'll be counting the days 'til I can make warm bacon dressing for wilted spinach salad. mmmmmmm
