I've said it before, and I'll hold to it until my dying day . . . two of the very best aspects of living in the south is A) you can live on the foods obtained on the side of the road and B) mac and cheese is a vegetable.
Today, I dined on TWO road side treats . . . which surely means days of sipping margaritas in my skivvies on the back porch isn't far off. I had hot pork rinds (fried up so light and crunchy and enough spice to make my lips look as if I've had botox) and boiled peanuts . . . salty and easy for folks with no teeth to enjoy too!
