Lately, I have this sneaking suspicion I've been getting good karma points without REALLY earning them . . . or the easy way.
That trip to the Big Apple with the Chick? I got all kinds of kudos from friends and "relations" - but really - the trip was really as much for me as her.
I've been handing out gifts lately. Some had lots of thought and effort behind them and others were simple and more or less unplanned. (Like the trip the day after thanksgiving . . . I didn't plan it, I didn't drive, but I merely happened to be in the right place at the right time.)
I'm feeling the need to make a sacrifice to Karma so that I can rid my self of this pesky feeling I'm reaping rewards I don't deserve.
Karma is a fickle mistress.
