Buffalo parts

This evening, the Phenom and I attended an "art" performance that consisted of a young woman detailing the rich and dramatic history of buffalo. We now know that buffalo are gassy. We now know that boy buffalo have beards and girl buffalos have hairy hineys. We also learned about the many traditional uses for buffalo parts. The one that left us stunned - but yet not unwilling to search for it on ebay was that native persons used buffalo scrotums to make rattles.

It might be worth the ebay search, just to have one on the wall when guests come over. But, where to put it? In the guest room? In the guest bath? In the sitting room? And, do we post a little note explaining what it is? or do we relish the opportunity to tell innocents exactly what it is and how it was made?

And they say theater is boring.
