Self Esteem? Check!

I'm feelin' pretty good about myself today. Why do you ask? Paper. Yep. I found my self esteem in paper.

Normally, I just call up the office supplies folks and say "um, I need a case of paper" and within a few hours, one magically arrives at my doorstep. I thought it was a pretty good system.

But, TODAY, I took my paper buying into my own hands. And, Boy did I achieve something extra special.

The paper from the office supplies folks is "extra white paper" and the packaging tells me that it is excellent for all sorts of uses - from faxing to printing to copying. I never really considered that I could do better. But, that isn't the American way, now is it?

Today, I drove out to the BIG office supply chain. I started to pick up a case of the "eh, okay" paper because it was just $3.80 a ream. But, I noticed a little pile of smaller boxes of paper that were only $3.33 a ream. So, I figured for two extra dollars, I could get two extra reams. Cool!

Now that I've gotten my find back to the office, I have discovered what a truly great find it was.

This new paper is "platinum series" and "super white." It tells me that it is IDEAL for copying and printing. I don't know how faxes will work - but I think I can trade faxes for the "brightest mulitpurpose paper" made. And, it's acid free.

You'd feel good about yourself too.
